5) How can I use transportation?

All of our tour packages offer free pick-ups from your hotel. You just need to specify yours.

7) How can I book a train or flight ticket?

Domestic flights are available through two distinguished airlines, Egypt air and Nile air. You can check their websites for more info, noting that in some of our packages, flights are included.
Regarding trains, we have two types (Seating and sleeping) and both are available online. Noting that, in our multi-day tours trains can be included too.

8) What currency should I have during the tour?

Basically, Egyptian pounds for daily use, but you will need to keep US dollars with you if you obtain the visa at the airport. Elsewise, Euro and British sterling pound are accepted for exchange in banks and exchange companies among other currencies. You can check them from here.

9) Do you offer tailor-made or customized tours?

Yes, we do, just send us your interests, length of stay and how many people? In a message here “link to tailor-made tours” and we will get back to you with a fresh tailor-made itinerary that matches your needs.

10) How can I contact you if anything happens during the tour?

If you are in multi – day package with us, we strongly recommend on buying a local sim card for better communications so you can always contact / text us whenever needed, but if you are choosing self-guided day trips, you can contact us through the tour guide/leader who will be accompanying you.

11) Do you include expert tour guides?

Yes! Our certified Egyptologist guides provide in-depth insights in multiple languages.

12) Do I have to pay in cash or with a credit card/ what is your payment system?

To confirm your tour, a minimum deposit of 25% must be paid via a secure payment link (PayPal). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival in Cairo.

13) Does your agency run international/offshore tours?

No, only local tours.

14) Will you include an English-speaking staff?

Yes, all of our staff are English speakers, yet Spanish, Italian, Chinese and French are available upon request.

15) Does the driver speak English?

Yes, in self-guided tours the driver will be speaking English too.

16) Which hotels do we coordinate with?

17) What type of accommodations do you offer?

Mainly we offer bed and breakfast, however for extra fees, we can arrange half or full-board accommodation.

18) What meal types do we serve during the tour?

We don’t serve meals, however our expert tour guides, will recommend local restaurants according to your preferences.

19) Do you guarantee the road’s safety?

Road safety is a priority we can’t avoid, because we are fully aware of the situation, we have made our arrangements for that issue. Our agency operates in accordance with a set of manners, codes in particular, offering every secure measure to guarantee the security and safety of our clients. More specifically, we are in full cooperation with the Law Enforcement officials, to provide secure routes and offer permanent help.

20)Do I need a visa to visit Egypt?
